Reporting Guidance
Reporting Guidelines for RWJF National Program Grantees:
National program grantees are required to file periodic reports with the National Program Office and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Annual Narrative Reports are short narratives filed at the end of a grant period (but not at the end of a grant program). Final Grant Reports are substantive narratives filed at the end of a program. Budget Preparation Guidelines:
Follow these guidelines when preparing the budget for a new grant application.
Budget Revision Guidelines:
File a budget revision request when changes in your project require additional line items and/or you anticipate spending more than 5 percent in approved budget categories.
Financial Reporting:
Financial reports are due approximately one month after the end of a grant period.
